JUMP!STAR Simmering
Design for an art project of the Brunnenpassage and the Weltmuseum Vienna
JUMP!STAR Simmering, a process-oriented art project by Brunnenpassage and Weltmuseum Wien, was originally supposed to take place in the Viennese suburb of Simmering, but took virtual form due to social isolation during the Covid 19 pandemic. With "21 Days Listening Out Loud & Dreaming Wildly," the JUMP!STAR team hosted an open digital space where people from Simmering and around the world could connect daily through conversation, dance and song. Among other things, a Double Infinity rope was braided, which is now presented together with an extensive project documentation as a testimony of the year 2020 at the Weltmuseum Vienna.
The exhibition can be visited free of charge in the columned hall of the Weltmuseum Vienna.
