apartment in David Promenade Residences

The apartment in the David Promenade Residences was completed in 2021 and is located on the seafront in southern Tel Aviv. The floor plan of the ocean-view residence was redesigned to accommodate a family of six with an additional guest room. Upon entry, an open-plan living space with an integrated kitchen offers sweeping views of the sea and the harbor of Jaffa. A corridor leads to the private areas of the apartment: within 200 m², there are four bedrooms and four bathrooms, each with direct access to the surrounding terrace.

Suspended above the dining table is the modular Knight chandelier by Marco Dessí, designed for Lobmeyr, extending along its entire length. The walls are adorned with commissioned works by Muntean and Rosenblum.
